📋 Description

• Attend court, sign pleadings, settle cases, and handle litigation tasks • Review correspondence and files for appropriateness • Prepare discovery and dispositive motions • Provide analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks • Manage own caseload effectively • Stay updated on consumer laws and local rules

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania • Background in civil litigation and experience attending court proceedings • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws • Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations • Ability to draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc. • Knowledge of Bankruptcy Law, Foreclosure Law or the FDCPA/FCRA/TCPA is a plus • Experience in collection law and/or significant courtroom experience is a plus
