📋 Description

• Enter and maintain key inputs in Confido, including forecast entries, pricing, new item setup, product and retailer mapping, and trade promotions • Partner with Sales, Supply Planners, and other teams to translate FLINT submissions and other inputs into Confido • Monitor Confido modules for data integrity • Reconcile Confido data against NetSuite and other source documents and flag discrepancies • Assist Finance with coding customer deductions and supporting dispute resolution • Prepare recurring reports and data pulls for the team • Keep documentation and process checklists current so work is repeatable and scalable • Perform day-to-day operational tasks supporting the Demand Planning team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CPG, sales operations, or supply chain • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Experience with syndicated data (e.g., SPINS, Circana, NielsenIQ) is a plus • Experience with trade promotion management systems is a plus • NetSuite experience is a plus • Preference for candidates in the Central and Eastern time zones of the United States
