📋 Description

• Maintain, expand, and document our Figma design system, ensuring components are clean, consistent, and implementation-ready. • Produce clear, detailed design specifications for engineering partners to support feature development. • Assist senior designers in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity assets. • Audit components, patterns, and screens regularly to identify inconsistencies or opportunities for refinement. • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure components are implemented accurately and behave as intended. • Help promote best practices for accessibility, scalability, and visual consistency across Raya and Places. • Participate in design critiques, sharing feedback and offering system-level solutions to design challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of product or UI/UX design experience with exposure to design systems and component-based design. • Fluency in Figma and comfort working with libraries, variants, and structured design files. • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a methodical approach to problem solving. • Ability to translate requirements into clean, accurate design specs for engineering. • A portfolio that demonstrates UI craft, design systems work, and a clear understanding of scalable design patterns. • Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
