📋 Description

• transform HR and workforce data into strategic insights • design and deliver advanced dashboards, reports, and data solutions • partner with HR leadership to define workforce metrics • support project delivery through high‑quality business analysis • analyze and implement improvement initiatives • coach less experienced team members • troubleshoot data and system issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of general experience • advanced experience with Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud • strong proficiency in SQL and Excel • experience integrating and analyzing data from HRIS, payroll, talent, and external data sources • baseline knowledge of Workday reporting • strong understanding of HR data, metrics, and reporting standards • bachelor's degree in Accounting • excellent written and verbal communication skills • ability to act independently while providing guidance and training to others
