📋 Description
• Own the Reporting & Analytics Function • Establish standards for reporting, dashboards, and metrics • Drive continuous improvement of reporting capabilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain reports and dashboards • Proactively analyze organizational data to identify trends and opportunities

• Experience in reporting and analytics function • Ability to gather requirements and develop reporting solutions • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills
