📋 Description

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting and sales activity • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Meet customers face-to-face across the South West and South East UK territory • Grow equipment listings and sales opportunities • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools • Achieve sales targets and drive territory growth • Attend trade shows and industry events • Make high-volume outbound calls throughout the day • Help businesses sell equipment through the global Mascus marketplace

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar sales role • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting • Experience using CRM systems • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven • Full UK driving licence • Industry experience in construction, automotive, transport, machinery, recruitment, media, telecoms, or SaaS is beneficial but not essential • Connection to heavy machinery is beneficial but not required
