📋 Description

• Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business goals and market demands • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones, timelines, and dependencies • Continuously assess and adjust the roadmap to adapt to changing market conditions and customer feedback • Leverage your technical background to deeply understand the complexities of our products, including architecture, development processes, and technical constraints • Engage actively with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility and tradeoffs for proposed product features • Translate technical constraints and engineering considerations into product decisions that stakeholders can understand and act on • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and implementation teams, to ensure successful product development and delivery • Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, effectively translating business needs into technical requirements • Define clear and detailed product requirements, including user stories, use cases, and technical specifications • Prioritize feature development based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives • Scope and evaluate AI-powered capabilities within our products; identify where AI can offer genuine user value and deliver product experiences that deliver that value in a dependable and transparent manner • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner • Contribute to continuous improvement of our communication patterns and collaborative systems within the product team and across the organization • Leverage AI tools for writing, analysis, and prototyping to produce shared sources of truth, synthesized insights, and perform more effective discovery • Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that user needs and feedback drive product decisions • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform product enhancements • Engage directly with key customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvements • Build strong customer relationships to enhance our understanding of their evolving needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, ideally at the mid to senior level • Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities • Comfort working alongside engineering teams to understand architectural decisions and technical tradeoffs • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve personal productivity and the quality of your work outputs • Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred
