📋 Description

• Partner with customers to understand their business goals, current processes, and success criteria. • Translate customer needs into solution designs aligned with RealPage product capabilities. • Support implementation discovery, configuration, and deployment activities in partnership with Engagement Management and Delivery teams. • Help customers navigate change by supporting adoption, training readiness, and go-live preparation. • Serve as a trusted advisor, tailoring communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Balance multiple projects at once while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality customer outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in technology and SaaS solutions. • Comfort working in customer-facing roles, especially in complex or high-expectation environments. • Ability to distinguish and work effectively with internal vs. external customers. • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal. • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing project timelines. • Self-directed, adaptable, and eager to learn. • Consulting, implementation, customer success, or other client-facing experience. • Experience supporting customers through change or systems adoption. • Salesforce experience (even outside of multifamily). • Multifamily industry experience is a nice to have, not a requirement.
