📋 Description

• Conduct virtual ESA evaluations with thorough, unhurried attention • Exercise independent clinical judgment, issuing letters when criteria are met and respectfully declining when they are not • Document assessments clearly and consistently • Complete letters accurately and on time • Prescribe and write emotional support animal letters for approved clients within 2 business days of consultation • Treat every client with dignity and respect • Collaborate with the Pettable team and clients on follow-up support or documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a licensed mental health professional • At least one of: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Doctor of Medicine (MD), or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) • Expertise delivering telehealth consultations • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Experience with prescribing emotional support animal letters and associated regulations is preferred but not required • US-based work location
