📋 Description

• Build strong relationships with leadership teams of state prison agencies • Understand, deconstruct, and document the needs of key correctional actors and justice-involved individuals • Build deep relationships with stakeholders and support their needs • Adapt and deploy Recidiviz core product offerings and ad hoc data analysis capabilities for state partners • Clearly communicate steps for product managers, UX designers, data analysts, and implementation engineers • Drive partnerships toward impact and financial sustainability • Hold in-person meetings with state officials • Travel to prisons and parole offices an average of 3–5 business days per month • Define and communicate how Recidiviz will guide partner states to safely increase liberty

🎯 Requirements

• Successful track record of stakeholder engagement and relationship management • Experience working in or with state or local government agencies • Successful track record of managing cross-functional teams • Experience in account management, product management, political strategy/lobbying, business development, policy, or a similar role • Proactive problem-solving ability • Ability to make progress in challenging environments through creativity and persistence • Strong process leadership, clear communication, and documentation skills • Active and empathetic listening skills • Comfort with technology, data analysis, and technology products • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, averaging 3–5 business days per month, including to correctional facilities • Self-regulation skills for high-intensity experiences with incarcerated individuals and correctional line staff • No visa sponsorship available
