• Provide administrative support to the organization, including scheduling appointments, managing emails and organizing files • Assist with various research projects and data collection/analysis • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and use discretion when dealing with confidential matters • Maintain organized and updated databases, spreadsheets and tracking systems • Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects in a timely manner • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
