📋 Description

• Assist with assigned purchasing and procurement projects. • Research and identify appropriate products, services, vendors, or purchasing options based on project requirements. • Coordinate purchasing activities from request through completion. • Process and document assigned transactions accurately. • Maintain organized purchasing records, receipts, invoices, and transaction documentation. • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, clients, and internal team members as required. • Compare purchasing options, pricing, availability, and relevant transaction details. • Follow company procedures for purchasing, documentation, verification, and approvals. • Assist with digital asset purchasing and other specialized purchasing assignments when required. • Verify transaction details before completing assigned purchases. • Track the status of purchases and provide timely updates to management. • Identify and report discrepancies, delays, unusual activity, or purchasing issues. • Protect confidential company and client information. • Maintain professionalism and transparency throughout all purchasing activities. • Perform other procurement and administrative duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. • 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support roles. • Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors and internal teams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ERP or procurement software is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
