📋 Description

• Lead business process engineering initiatives, redesigning workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Develop and maintain detailed process maps (current and future state) to document workflows and identify improvement opportunities • Conduct value stream mapping to evaluate end-to-end processes, eliminate waste, and improve cycle times • Analyze processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization • Create data analytics and visualization tools to validate improvements and quantify business impact • Provide program planning and decision support through data analysis, reporting, and insight generation • Analyze financial and supply management data including budgets, cost drivers, supplier performance, and operational metrics • Apply project management principles to manage multiple priorities and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. • Ability to develop project plans. • Demonstrated proficiency in collaboration, facilitation, planning, and problem-solving. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint). • Ability to work on a team. • May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout the Red Cross system up to 10% of the time.
