📋 Description

• Support BioMed customers through database maintenance, direct mail, email, Facebook, health history support, data entry, mobile app support, phone calls, appointment scheduling, tele-recruitment, text, and web support • Perform operational support and administrative duties using one or more systems with little supervision • Maintain confidentiality and exercise independent discretion and judgment • Prepare reports as requested • Generate lists, schedule appointments, request donor cards, and perform other customer-support activities • Coordinate work with internal and external audiences, including vendors, and identify escalation paths • Receive nationwide customer communications and resolve issues directly or through internal escalation • Develop, coordinate, and execute responses to customer requests, including direct contact with donors or sponsors • Provide excellent customer service to donors, sponsors, and internal team members • Maintain daily and weekly productivity, attendance, quality assurance, monthly reviews, and a professional work environment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum one year of related customer service work experience • Advanced computer proficiency, including word processing, Excel spreadsheets, database applications, website/internet tools, and Microsoft Office applications • CRM experience in marketing organizations preferred • Ability to work 11:45 a.m.–8:15 p.m. Central Standard Time, Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday • Ability to work training hours of 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday–Friday, for approximately three months • Must attend all necessary training • Ability to work remotely anywhere in the USA
