📋 Description

• Lead through ambiguity by turning broad business problems into clear design strategies, phased plans, and actionable scopes across the Growth portfolio • Drive end-to-end growth work and shape the broader engagement system • Shape high-visibility experiences across Reddit-owned and partner surfaces • Use coding tools like Cursor to build high-fidelity, functional prototypes using real data • Partner strategically with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to influence priorities and connect experimentation to product direction • Present design directions to senior and executive leadership using data-driven insight and product judgment • Maintain a high bar for visual and interaction design and develop scalable systems, reusable patterns, and components • Translate complex data, user behavior, and experiment results into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product design experience, ideally in growth, platform, or high-scale consumer technology environments • Proven ability to operate at Staff scope and influence product direction across a broader portfolio • Proficiency in prototyping via code using tools like Cursor • Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of craft, systems thinking, and measurable impact on acquisition, conversion, retention, or other core growth outcomes • Comfortable with rapid iteration, A/B testing, and pivoting based on performance data • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills for senior and executive-level reviews • Strong judgment and leadership presence to navigate complexity and influence cross-functional teams
