📋 Description

• Establish, lead, and scale REDE’s US operations • Lead US sales, marketing, and business growth • Serve as REDE’s primary face and official representative in the US • Manage client relations, financial compliance, and vendor management • Represent REDE at trade shows, industry forums, and high-level client engagements • Own the full sales cycle for ServiceNow and Databricks engagements • Build and lead REDE US, LLC as an equity partner

🎯 Requirements

• Applicant Citizenship: Residents / GCD only • 10+ years of leadership experience • Strong background in scaling operations, executive sales, and market expansion • Previous founder, co-founder, or P&L leader experience • Comfortable building an operation from the ground up • Deep industry connections • Executive-level presentation and communication skills • Understanding of business compliance, contract negotiation, and profit/loss management • Experience building or scaling a US-based consulting, IT services, or enterprise software business • Strong network in GRC, risk, compliance, or the ServiceNow/Databricks ecosystem is good to have • Willingness to build without a guaranteed salary in exchange for real ownership
