📋 Description

• Advise clients on eDiscovery and Information Governance issues • Work closely with client teams to identify legal issues and provide legal analysis and solutions • Advise Firm team members on applicable laws and interpretation of legal documents • Keep the Firm informed about new laws, regulations, and industry trends • Assist with developing policies and training • Meet Redgrave LLP timekeeper expectations • Prepare and execute an annual business development plan • Identify business development opportunities and generate new business • Lead client engagements and teams with little oversight • Deliver high-quality client work product requiring little to no revisions • Coach and mentor junior team members • Build cohesive teams for client engagements • Provide technical knowledge and insight • Interact with and manage a range of clients • Maintain accurate time records and meet time-entry deadlines • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of law firm experience managing eDiscovery in complex litigations and investigations • Doctor of Jurisprudence degree • Admitted to a US bar and willing to obtain DC admission if not already barred in a Redgrave jurisdiction • Proficient in legal research • Ability to draft complex discovery-related and information-governance-related work product • Ability to draft talking points and outlines for client meetings, custodian interviews, meet-and-confer sessions, and motion hearings • Ability to work directly with clients, merits firms, and other co-counsel • Ability to work with experts, including task and matter management and preparation for oral testimony • Involvement in industry-relevant organizations/groups • Demonstrated ability and thought leadership in one or more practice areas of value to the Firm • Strong technical, client management, project plan design, facilitation, and project leadership skills • Excellent organizational, written, oral communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of legal principles relating to eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy • Current knowledge of existing and emerging law, legislation, and practices • Ability to function in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Technology adept with excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and internationally • Physical ability to perform the listed duties, including keyboard use, manual dexterity, and closely examining materials
