📋 Description

• Analyze and deliver assigned tasks within project scope and timelines while balancing technical implementation with customer expectations • Understand customer infrastructure and business issues and recommend solutions suited to their environment and project needs • Deliver hands-on Red Hat technology implementations and maintain consulting engagement documentation • Communicate project progress, status, issues, and risks to project or delivery management • Configure and explain the use of technical tools for project team members and customers • Explain the customer benefits and organizational impact of Red Hat technologies • Participate in daily teamwork, short-term planning, and gap identification • Lead by example, foster inclusion, and provide constructive feedback • Mentor Junior and Associate Consultants and take on leadership opportunities • Communicate technical concepts to team members, customers, and non-technical audiences • Respond professionally and flexibly to customer challenges, escalations, and process exceptions • Present technical solutions and expertise to customers or internal audiences while maintaining Red Hat messaging • Contribute to regional giveback and knowledge-sharing initiatives • Complete experienced-level training and apply the learning to projects • Apply open-source principles and Red Hat project delivery methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in IT infrastructure and understanding of project business objectives and Statements of Work (SOW) • Hands-on implementation expertise with Red Hat products • Advanced knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift • Hands-on ability to configure DNS, NTP, networking, and storage • Experience executing OpenShift installations using bare metal, Redfish, Virtual Media, Agent-based Installer, or Assisted Installer • Strong networking skills, including OpenShift port requirements, OVS bridges, Linux bridges, VLAN management, and OpenShift Virtualization networking • Experience deploying and managing VM and container workloads • Experience with OpenShift lifecycle management, including updates and upgrades • Practical experience with OpenShift Virtualization, Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV), GitOps, Helm, and infrastructure automation tools • Experience with storage networking such as iSCSI • Experience managing OpenShift Operators • Knowledge of observability, including logging, metrics, and alerting • Experience with RBAC and authentication mechanisms such as Okta • At least one technical certification related to OpenShift or Red Hat products, adhering to regional certification requirements • Ability to work directly in customer environments and transform technical requirements into functional solutions • Bilingual French-English language capability
