📋 Description

• Develop client relationships by understanding client issues, providing solutions, preparing materials, and assisting with daily queries • Support business strategy through research, analysis, project planning, and meeting team deadlines • Deliver strategic insights and solutions that drive business growth and innovation • Analyze market trends and evaluate business models • Support clients in R&D strategy, commercialization, market access, and portfolio optimization • Contribute to client solutions and process improvement • Conduct research on therapeutic areas, regulatory landscapes, and competitive positioning • Analyze market dynamics, pricing strategies, and access barriers • Analyze data and client challenges and provide insights and potential solutions • Make decisions within own work and project scope and consult senior colleagues on broader implications • Manage workstreams within larger projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts • Manage approximately 1-2 projects and lead small tasks or workstreams • Coach and support junior team members • Contribute to white papers, industry reports, and client presentations • Stay current on emerging trends in life sciences and healthcare policy • Lead the development of medical affairs assets and organizational strategy • Contribute to the design and implementation of processes, procedures, and operating models • Serve as a trusted advisor for senior medical affairs and cross-functional leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required • 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, life sciences strategy roles, or a relevant field • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Polished presentation and moderating skills • Understanding of pharmaceutical and life science industries • Rigorous attention to detail and accuracy • Self-starter and driven • Ability to multitask with superior organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team • Dependable and flexible • Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software, including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio • Ability to work in a global environment with an understanding of cultural differences and work practices
