📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to retail partners and consumers • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests • Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently • Resolve customer complaints and issues • Provide product knowledge, assistance, and guidance • Maintain professionalism in all customer communications • Engage proactively with customers across various communication channels • Document and track customer interactions in the support system • Coordinate routing activities • Escalate complex issues to the level 2 support team

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or an equivalent mix of education and experience • Prior experience in customer service is required • Availability between 8:00am–5:00pm Central Time • Strong communication skills and active listening ability • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and Salesforce • Accurate and fast data entry skills; 10-key proficiency is a plus • Basic problem-solving skills • Ability to switch between different software applications smoothly • Patient, empathetic approach to customer inquiries • Flexibility to follow procedures while adapting to customer needs • Satisfactory background check required • Candidates located within a reasonable commuting distance of Red Wing are preferred
