📋 Description

• As Supply Chain Analyst (LTL), responsible for sourcing LTL Carriers for client specific pricing programs • Serve as the primary face of the organization with designated LTL Carriers • Engage with LTL Carrier Stakeholders as a pricing expert • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned LTL carriers • Design pricing programs to maximize client savings • Manage RFPs via Redwoods proprietary bid site • Negotiate pricing for new and existing clients • Adhere to strict timelines for RFP and pricing renewal implementation • Accurately enter client specific pricing programs into Redwoods proprietary technology • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to LTL rates • Proactively suggest continuous improvement opportunities for processes and technology

🎯 Requirements

• Core understanding of LTL industry and experience interacting with LTL carriers • 3-5 years experience working with LTL pricing at a carrier or 3PL • Proven ability to consume & leverage data to drive positive change and solve problems • Experience with Transportation Management Systems and understanding of systems integrations facilitating financial transactions • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers and external stakeholders • Presentation skills to senior leaders internally and externally • Growth mindset and positive can do attitude • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills • This position requires occasional travel to carriers customers • Bachelors degree preferred
