📋 Description
• Partner with clients to understand their goals and translate them into implementation plans • Own setup, configuration, and implementation for new customers • Ensure customers continue to get value after onboarding • Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape the product roadmap • Improve implementation and analytics processes • Design and validate Reflow data models • Query and analyze anonymized, aggregated data
🎯 Requirements
• Strong SQL and database skills • Detail-oriented focus on correctness and edge cases • Excellent at translating business intent into clear logic • Comfortable with complex data models, metrics, or implementation logic • Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in implementation, analytics, or customer success • Strong communication skills in client-facing conversations
