📋 Description

• Provide consistently magical customer service across all customer service channels • Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term, loyal client relationships • Meet and exceed performance goals • Help customers shop as a stylist, friend, and personal assistant • Apply shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures to process customer orders efficiently • Share customer and product feedback with Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development • Learn all aspects of the business and gain exposure to different teams

🎯 Requirements

• Smart, incredibly organized, and driven towards excellence • Passionate about Reformation’s mission and products • Friendly and comfortable interacting with people • High degree of empathy, judgment, patience, and level-headedness to communicate and apply policies • Positive and willing to take on any task • Strong communication skills across email, text, and chat • Able to meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks; excellent time management • Flexible and able to work in a constantly changing environment • Productive, focused work style to meet case volume expectations • Flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Prior experience on an e-commerce customer service team • Proficiency with Kustomer and Google Suite
