• Independently develop and grow your vertical across the United States. • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market plan with support from the commercial leadership team. • Deliver integrated product and service solutions that foster continuous lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractors. • Establish Thomson Power Systems' brand presence in your vertical. • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships while expanding direct customer base.
• 5+ years of successful outside sales experience • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered significant revenue and margin growth • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time) within your region • Authorization to work in the US without company sponsorship • Valid driver's license • Experience in the Power Management industry/Infrastructure vertical • Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM • Exceptional sales abilities with strong closing skills • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to ensuring customer success • Excellent presentation and communication skills
