📋 Description

• Drive supply chain excellence across an $800M global spend portfolio for the AMC segment • Partner with divisional VP/GMs to align and execute Sales, Inventory, Operations, and Planning (SIOP) strategies • Enhance performance, reduce cost, and build long-term supply chain capability across the segment • Leverage Regal Rexnord best practices and scale across AMC divisions to drive efficiency and productivity • Scale supply chain to support hyper-growth initiatives • Serve as a thought partner to the AMC President and divisional VP/GMs • Own supply chain performance results across delivery, quality, and cost • Lead development and execution of a 3-year strategic supply chain roadmap • Drive SIOP standardization across divisions • Manage and optimize $800M in global spend and execute cost-out opportunities across direct and indirect categories • Collaborate with Corporate Supply Chain on supplier scorecards, category strategy segmentation, and metric visibility • Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed supply chain team • Assess talent, develop internal leaders, and recruit external talent for succession strength • Foster 80/20 thinking, continuous improvement, and operational discipline • Champion diversity, inclusion, and engagement • Contribute to enterprise-wide supply chain strategy and transformation initiatives • Represent AMC in cross-segment forums and align with corporate objectives and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required • 10+ years of supply chain or relevant experience is required • A Master's degree is preferred • Strongly preferred in Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI • Open to a remote US location if the optimal candidate has proximity to one of our AMC plants across the United States • Proven track record in transformation, integration, and talent development within complex, global manufacturing environments
