• Engage Oncology experts and key Oncology customers within assigned geographical locations • Deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the launch of a bi-specific agent for malignancies in multiple myeloma, grow brand share and revenue, and deliver product goals • Partner with Regional Directors, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, Reimbursement Specialists, and other collaboration partners • Proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics and trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives • Develop strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists • Execute market profiling activities to understand regional and local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems • Identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and coordinate efforts across the Regeneron Oncology account team • Support contracting pull-through with accounts • Build relationships within accounts to understand objectives, goals, and challenges • Identify approved Regeneron Oncology resources aligned with customer needs • Maintain compliance with regulations and policies governing customer interactions and pharmaceutical/biological product promotion • Work in a field-based role covering Portland, Oregon; Boise, Idaho; and Reno, Nevada
• Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales; Hematology Oncology preferred • Buy and bill experience with biologics required • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions • Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks • Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace • Ability to collaborate with and coordinate activity among individuals in different reporting structures • Passion and learning aptitude for science • Proactive in strengthening knowledge related to disease state, treatment options, and healthcare trends • Ability to travel and cover large geography territories • Sophisticated clinically based and account-based selling skills • Success and consistent positive sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments • Track record of success with product launches • Analytical, problem-solving, planning, and account management skills
