📋 Description

• Build and develop a high performing sales team and provide overall leadership • Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives • Lead regional sales force activities including hiring, training, and performance evaluation • Ensure strong, consistent sales performance and accountability • Build relationships with key customers in the field of Rare Neurology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory • Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience • 5 years of sales leadership/management, including 3 years as Regional Director/District Manager in Rare Neurology • Experience with complex therapies in Rare Disease or Neurology field highly preferred • Proven success in performance as a Regional Director/District Manager • Successful record of hiring, coaching, developing, promoting, and retaining top talent • Proven ability to develop physician/customer clinical experts
