📋 Description

• Learn Regenified’s verification standards, field methodologies, and soil health indicators through hands-on fieldwork, shadowing, and coaching • Build practical skills in agronomy observation, evidence capture, documentation, and audit-ready field execution • Support on-site verification visits by traveling to farms and field locations primarily across North America, with some international travel • Assist with measurements, photo documentation, sampling coordination, and field-level data entry according to SOPs and checklists • Maintain organized and defensible field notes, photos, and supporting records for reporting and QA • Prepare materials, confirm schedules, and support evidence checklists for field visits • Help collect missing documentation and clarify evidence requirements with Verifiers, Lead Verifiers, and producers • Follow workflows and SOPs, flag issues, and contribute improvement ideas • Support a positive, professional experience for producers in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in regenerative agriculture • Desire to learn alongside farmers, ranchers, and verification professionals • Experience in agriculture, conservation, soil health, verification support, or hands-on field work • Curious, coachable, and motivated to develop technical and professional skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable following defined processes, SOPs, and checklists • Able to observe, document, and communicate field conditions accurately • Able to identify potential issues or inconsistencies • Comfortable working in a team-based delivery model and receiving feedback • Professional representation of Regenified in the field • Valid passport required • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident authorized to work in the United States
