⢠Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of four direct reports. ⢠Conduct regular performance discussions, career development planning, and succession planning activities. ⢠Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement. ⢠Provide guidance and support to help team members achieve individual and organizational goals. ⢠Identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the team. ⢠Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company objectives. ⢠Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. ⢠Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to support strategic initiatives and business priorities. ⢠Evaluate regional performance and recommend actions to improve market penetration and business results. ⢠Assist with forecasting, business planning, and long-range growth initiatives. ⢠Monitor regulatory, economic, and industry trends impacting the Building Technologies market. ⢠Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution. ⢠Lead regional initiatives and projects that support organizational growth and operational effectiveness. ⢠Develop and present business updates, recommendations, and strategic plans to senior leadership.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field. ⢠5+ years of progressive experience in building products, construction, manufacturing, plumbing, or a related industry. ⢠3+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and performance management. ⢠Demonstrated ability to lead teams through influence, development, and accountability. ⢠Strong business acumen and strategic planning experience. ⢠Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. ⢠Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
