📋 Description

• Lead and supervise traveling lighting crews on national retail retrofit projects • Serve as on-site foreman and primary field contact • Coordinate daily work plans, crew assignments, and workflow • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to company standards • Perform quality control inspections throughout project execution • Perform and oversee interior and exterior commercial lighting retrofits • Read and interpret lighting plans, layouts, and specifications • Troubleshoot electrical and lighting system issues • Ensure compliance with NEC and applicable local codes • Enforce Reliable Electric and Lighting safety policies and procedures • Conduct job safety briefings and ensure PPE usage • Identify and mitigate job-site hazards • Maintain professional communication with clients, store management, and project managers

🎯 Requirements

• 3–10 years of commercial lighting experience, primarily retail retrofits • Prior experience as a Foreman or Lead Technician preferred • Strong knowledge of interior and exterior lighting systems • Proven leadership and crew management skills • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and operate lifts and ladders
