📋 Description

• Lead development and maintenance of Practical Guidance content for Commercial Transactions • Ensure content accuracy and relevance by monitoring legal developments • Help integrate emerging technologies, including AI, into workflows • Draft, revise, and edit Practical Guidance content • Oversee content remediation projects focused on improving customer experience • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support content strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree • At least two years of recent practice experience in commercial law • Strong ability to monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments • Experience conducting legal research • Excellent writing and editing skills • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workflows • Experience improving content quality • Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies • Strong collaboration skills • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
