📋 Description

• Partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver large-scale development initiatives supporting business priorities across LexisNexis North America • Consult with sales and segment leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions • Design, plan, and deliver engaging training for large audiences on sales and non-sales topics, both in person and virtually • Create practical tools, guides, and follow-up resources that help employees apply learning on the job • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content, coordinate training programs, and facilitate learning experiences • Measure program effectiveness through participant feedback and performance data, communicate results, and improve programs • Apply adult learning principles, instructional techniques, and emerging technologies including generative AI • Work across all levels of the sales organization to solve performance-related problems and challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated successful experience in training • Strong understanding of the sales process • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and across the organization • Ability to think strategically, tactically, and analytically • Experience with core Office 365 applications and AI tools • Proven project management, time management, and organizational skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong in-person and virtual presentation skills
