📋 Description

• Customize and implement appropriate applications and solutions for external clients • Analyze client needs and participate in designing business process requirements • Translate business requirements into off-the-shelf and customization specifications • Test and document functional and business applications software • Train client personnel on functional and business applications software • Guide others in resolving complex issues in a specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures • Partner with external clients to analyze business requirements, configure ERP solutions, and support successful implementations • Act as a trusted advisor and help end users maximize the value of enterprise applications

🎯 Requirements

• Equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and practices • Sequel software experience • Ability to anticipate potential objections and influence others to adopt a different point of view • Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services • Ability to work independently with guidance in only the most complex situations • Ability to train and mentor junior staff • Expertise in own discipline for clients • Ability to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions
