📋 Description

• Facilitate remote legal proceedings • Administer oaths and ensure a smooth process • Provide professional client support, including basic technical troubleshooting • Digitally record, annotate, and document legal proceedings • Maintain and monitor equipment for optimal performance • Play back or read back requested testimony • Manage and upload audio files, exhibits, and documentation for transcription

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • AAERT CER or CDR certification • Active Notary Public commission in your state • RON certification required within 3 months, if applicable • Comfortable navigating and troubleshooting digital platforms • Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms • Strong grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills • Organized, punctual, and proactive • 1–2 years of prior court reporting experience • Access to a high-performance computer capable of running multiple applications simultaneously • Stable internet connection and necessary peripherals • Remote work in the United States
