• Lead end-to-end project management for HRBP-driven initiatives, including talent programs, workforce planning, process optimization, and policy updates • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics • Monitor progress, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain project documentation • Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership • Partner with HRBPs to translate business needs into structured project deliverables • Facilitate alignment across HR Centers of Excellence • Support HRBPs with data insights, research, and change management materials • Identify opportunities to streamline HRBP workflows and improve operational efficiency • Develop and implement templates, toolkits, and standardized processes • Support continuous improvement within the HRBP Group • Develop and execute change management plans • Create announcements, training guides, FAQs, and other communication materials • Facilitate workshops or training sessions as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 8+ years of experience in HR project management, HR business partnering, or HR programs/operations • Strong understanding of core HR domains, including organization development, workforce planning, and employee engagement • Proven experience managing large-scale HR projects in a matrixed environment • Proficiency in project management tools is a plus • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Strong HR analytics, Excel, dashboard, and insights skills • Stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels • Strong planning and time-management abilities • Ability to guide teams through transitions • Effective cross-functional collaboration with HR and business teams • Strong writing, presentation, and facilitation skills • Must satisfy applicable U.S. export-control requirements; a U.S. government export license may be required for certain persons
