📋 Description

• Promote Renesas solutions and engage key driving customers with field and internal product groups • Drive application-level solutions and opportunities in the Industrial Automation segment • Lead regional system-solution initiatives • Collaborate with Sales, FAEs, Product Groups, Channel Marketing, and System Architects to formulate and execute strategic engagement plans • Engage key customers to understand requirements, secure design wins, and drive revenue growth • Work with channel sales and marketing teams to identify additional growth opportunities • Orchestrate Business Units, Sales, and FAEs in solution-promotion and business-development activities • Establish and nurture relationships with technical and procurement stakeholders • Understand market and customer requirements and work with Product Groups to define product requirements and improve product roadmaps • Research and monitor competition, market dynamics, and design windows; recommend responses and actions • Prepare and refine customer presentations communicating Renesas's value proposition • Develop product collateral, competitive analyses, customer presentations, and field-training materials

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or related roles • Deep understanding of the Industrial Automation market, including trends, solutions, challenges, competitors, and standards • Experience with technical field sales and field applications engineers • Proven ability to follow up on leads and build relationships in the field • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities • Strong communication skills • Ability to convey complex concepts clearly, concisely, and effectively • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment • Ability to collaborate with teams across multiple offices worldwide • Must comply with applicable U.S. export control requirements; a U.S. government export license may be required for certain persons
