📋 Description

• Promote solutions and engage key driving customers in alignment with field and internal product groups • Drive application-level solutions and opportunities in the Industrial Automation segment • Lead regional Renesas system solutions initiatives • Collaborate with Sales, FAEs, Product Groups, Channel Marketing, and System Architects • Engage key customers to understand requirements and secure design wins and revenue growth • Identify growth opportunities with channel sales and marketing teams • Orchestrate Business Units, Sales, and FAEs in solution promotion and business development • Build relationships with technical and procurement stakeholders • Work with Product Groups to define product requirements and improve product roadmaps • Research competition, market dynamics, and design windows • Provide recommendations for competitive and market responses • Prepare and refine customer presentations • Develop product collateral, competitive analyses, customer presentations, and field training materials

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or related roles • Deep understanding of the Industrial Automation market, including trends, solutions, challenges, competitors, and standards • Experience with technical field sales and field applications engineers • Proven ability to follow up on leads and build relationships in the field • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities • Strong communication skills • Ability to convey complex concepts clearly, concisely, and effectively • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment • Ability to collaborate with teams across multiple offices worldwide • Must comply with applicable U.S. export control requirements
