Renew Digital is a specialized retailer and refurbisher of dental imaging equipment that sells certified pre-owned and new panoramic, cephalometric, cone beam (CBCT) and intraoral scanners. The company offers financing, trade-in/buyback programs, installation, training, warranties and ongoing support, and sells systems from leading dental imaging brands to dental and orthodontic practices. 📋 Description

• Install, remove, and/or certify new and certified pre-owned panoramic X-ray and cone beam equipment and related computers • Conduct calibration and performance testing to validate installation quality • Install and service dental surgical microscopes • Train small groups of staff on basic equipment, hardware operations, and software • Support technician knowledge growth through co-travel certifications • Manage third-party helpers by assigning and monitoring tasks • Conduct performance tests on purchased equipment to ensure proper quality and condition • Maintain tools and test equipment properly • Facilitate capital equipment installation, electrical connections, and low-voltage connections • Troubleshoot equipment, computers, software, and connectivity issues • Perform on-site acquisition, installation, service, and support of dental digital equipment in dental and specialty practices

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Technical training or industry-specific dental experience in digital CBCT desired • Basic understanding of Windows OS and general networking • Mechanical understanding of construction methods • Comfortable using power and hand tools • Excellent communication skills on phone and email • Curiosity and willingness to learn new products, systems, and technologies • Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to helping others succeed • Ability to travel primarily regionally • Occasional weekend or holiday travel may be requested • Proximity of no more than one hour from a major airport • Ability to travel with tools and/or parts for installation or service • Ability to lift 100 pounds • Valid driver's license • Ability to obtain a passport if travel outside the US is necessary • Experience installing medical or dental equipment and imaging systems is a bonus • Graduate of electronics/technology program, MCSE or equivalent is a bonus • Proven component-level troubleshooting is a bonus • Previous experience in the dental, surgical, or medical device industry is a bonus • Military technical training or prior military experience in relevant technical fields may be considered relevant experience
