📋 Description

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial accounting, controlling, and reporting processes • Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions supporting financial operations, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Financial Reporting • Customize SAP FICO functionalities, including chart of accounts, posting keys, document types, and configuration settings • Perform system and integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) • Provide training and support to end-users • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO configuration, interface, and integration issues • Stay updated on SAP FICO developments, best practices, and industry trends • Collaborate with finance, IT, and business operations teams • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and optimize SAP FICO functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field • 3+ years of experience working with SAP FICO, including implementation, configuration, and support • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, processes, and best practices • Hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Financial Reporting • Proficiency in SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD) and third-party systems • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels • SAP FICO certification(s) preferred
