• Receive inbound customer calls and identify their interest in products • Counsel customers on product selection by answering inquiries and recommending product selection • Guide customer from initial contact to close of sale • Advise customers on the cost-effective benefits of the various products and ensure customer satisfaction • Influence sales by managing inbound customer inquiries • Handle customer calls in a professional and personable manner • Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas • Deliver precise and prompt estimates to customers with proactive follow up to secure the sale • Monitor order status to ensure accurate and timely processing • Navigate company specific system, NetSuite, to enter estimates, orders, and document sales inquiries • Set up and maintain accurate records and notes in NetSuite • Report trends related to sales questions, product specifications, and customer desires • Collaborate with Resolutions, Operations, Accounting, and other departments in regard to timely resolution of customer issues • Make recommendations for process improvements
• 3+ years of inside sales experience within Commercial Interiors and/or Building Materials industries • HVAC selling experience is a nice-to-have • Established sales skills and proven sales record • Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals • Proficient computer, typing data entry skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment • Strong organization and time management skills • Ability to multitask and work independently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
