📋 Description

• Manage the exchange of information across a development project team • Guide and coach the Scrum Team and Development Team using Agile/Scrum practices and values • Provide servant leadership and lead by example on complex or multiple projects • Remove impediments or guide the team in removing impediments to progress • Build a trusting and safe environment for raising problems • Facilitate work completion, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution • Assist with internal and external communication, transparency, and information sharing • Support and educate the team on refining/grooming and managing the product backlog • Conduct daily stand-ups and manage agile tools

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree • 6 years of relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree • Familiarity with Scrum principles, practices, theory, methodologies, tools, and techniques • Experience leading and motivating others while demonstrating empathy • Bachelor's degree • Scrum Master certification preferred
