📋 Description

• Develop and refine search terms using linguistic precision and analytics tools • Collaborate with legal teams to align search logic with case strategy and privilege protocols • Conduct data analysis and employ TAR and generative AI to improve review efficiency and accuracy • Lead the ECA process using proprietary methodologies to isolate key documents and reduce hosting costs • Apply iterative culling, strategic filtering, and subject-matter insights to streamline data sets • Assess case scope and develop comprehensive, cost-effective eDiscovery strategies and workflows • Work with leadership to develop workflow strategies • Use sentiment analysis and key phrase analytics to surface high-value documents • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools for documentation, reporting, and collaboration • Evaluate and recommend eDiscovery tools and solutions to enhance operational performance • Uphold a high standard of excellence while exceeding client expectations through diligence and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as an eDiscovery Consultant • Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in eDiscovery or a similar capacity • Proficiency in Relativity and other document review databases; certifications preferred • Experience with TAR, machine learning tools, and crafting prompts for generative AI solutions • Familiarity with Everlaw AI, Relativity Air for review, and other generative AI review solutions • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; creativity and curiosity • Degree in Linguistics, Analytics, Statistics, or similar preferred • JD and active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction preferred • Relativity or other platform certifications preferred • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
