📋 Description

• Travel to and from customers' homes to provide requested estimates for current/future plumbing work • Prepare necessary estimate paperwork in a timely, professional manner • Provide an exceptional customer experience by answering any questions customers may have • Make recommendations for present and future service work

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of the high close ratio of in-home sales • A consistently top sales representative looking to earn more • Understanding of the sales step process • First-call closer • Valid Driver's License • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel frequently • Sales mentality and mindset with exceptional negotiation skills • Outgoing, extroverted personality • Excellent problem-solving skills and good judgment • Persuasive communicator – both written and verbal • Extremely organized and detail-driven • Proficient in technology and utilized software • Strong customer service and rapport
