📋 Description

• Lead exploration and application of Large Language Models and Generative AI • Translate the latest research into high-performing, practical systems and models • Help set the team’s strategic direction and foster innovation and professional growth • Participate in development from ideation and experimentation through implementation and deployment • Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers to develop ML-based solutions • Optimize performance and align solutions with broader business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience in ML infrastructure, ML tooling, or products with ML usage • Experience with the ML ecosystem preferred, including Python, PyTorch, Faiss, and Elasticsearch • Excellent communication skills and a vivid imagination • Passion for engineering and team culture • Ability to tackle ambiguous technical problems and develop high-impact solutions • Independent thinking and ownership of complex problems • Interest in exploring the nuance and aesthetic of conversations
