📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers across a North America territory (West Coast) • Ensure the health and safety of the Field Service team, colleagues, and customers • Provide direction, coaching, and career development to direct reports • Ensure team members are trained, developed, capable, prepared, motivated, supported, engaged, and equipped • Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements and standards • Deliver outstanding customer experiences and resolve customer complaints • Collaborate with Technical Support, Product Engineers, Automation Engineers, commercial teams, engineering, quality, and product management • Drive operational execution of field service jobs across the Americas • Oversee system installations, preventative maintenance, demo kit maintenance, demonstration/display systems, software installations, and system repairs • Align capacity models with Repligen service team needs • Optimize team scheduling and capacity • Champion safety, quality, productivity, and compliance initiatives • Collaborate on service readiness for New Product Introductions • Achieve service revenue, profitability, and operational execution KPI targets • Provide forecast information and support growth initiatives • Identify, develop, recommend, and execute continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; BA/BS in an Engineering or Science oriented discipline • 5 years prior operations or field service leadership experience preferred • Proven experience leading a team and managing customer relationships • Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel within the specified geographic region • Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams • Experience managing a P&L or operational budget • Service business savvy
