📋 Description

• Work independently or closely with the client and team members to accomplish tasks • Take ownership of client deliverables and workstreams, ensuring projects are executed from start to finish with strong attention to detail • Develop project management deliverables and drive related activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting on progress to ensure timely completion • Possess effective communication skills to develop final drafts of communications for executive-facing materials, present in client meetings, draft client correspondences, and prepare writing on complex topics • Demonstrate strategic thinking skills, readily sharing and implementing innovative ideas and recommendations into support execution for client initiatives • Present findings, conclusions, and recommendations to peers, managers, and clients, both in meetings and through written communications • Prioritize competing tasks, proactively ask clarifying questions or for support when needed, and drive progress forward when direction is ambiguous • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization and client environments while collaborating with team members to share best practices, foster connection, and support growth and development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or economics, or equivalent degree • 3 years of professional experience required (consulting and/or project management experience a plus) • Preference for client-facing professional services experience • Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot) • Power BI, Tableau, HubSpot, QuickBase, SharePoint, OneNote experience is a plus • Good business acumen and awareness of business trends, including AI and automation • Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn from mentors and peers
