📋 Description

• Work under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor. • Respond to routine residential and commercial customer calls, inquiries, requests and complaints. • Resolve customer issues through limited research and investigation within established guidelines. • Respond to routine commercial service changes and contract compliance matters. • Make outbound calls and other communications regarding service changes, contractual obligations, billing questions, cancellations, price increases and equipment issues. • Return internal and external calls, emails and facsimiles promptly. • Review individual performance metric reports and action plans with the manager. • Enter service and route data for billing and route scheduling. • Log and update customer service interactions and resolutions. • Perform other job-related duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED. • Successfully complete training to become knowledgeable about the waste services industry and Republic Services’ processes, services and policies. • Appropriate knowledge of the Company’s services and processes. • Ability to respond to routine residential and commercial customer calls, inquiries, requests and complaints. • Ability to perform limited research and investigation to reach resolution. • Ability to enter service and route data into computer for billing and route scheduling purposes. • Ability to log and update customer service interaction information accurately and promptly.
