📋 Description

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes • Prepare assigned journal entries and balance-sheet account reconciliations • Maintain operational management accounts • Execute general-ledger account reconciliations, reporting, and data verification • Assist with automation of operational processes and creation of standardized accounting procedures • Collaborate with departments on expense allocation and coding • Process and record employee travel expenses in compliance with company policies • Standardize policies and assist with creation of internal controls • Assist with external financial audits by providing requested documentation and materials • Identify and develop process-improvement solutions • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience in corporate accounting • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; related field experience may also apply • High-tech/SaaS industry experience is a plus • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset • High sense of urgency • Proactive, self-directed approach with ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment • Workday, NetSuite, Intacct, or similar ERP experience preferred • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Team-oriented attitude and ability to fit an inclusive, fast-paced culture
