📋 Description

• Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring data is interpreted accurately and reflects clients’ strategic goals. • Work on more complex tax returns. • Handle tax engagements from inception to closure. • Implement business tax planning solutions and provide proactive advice based on current tax concepts. • Provide clients with estimates and tax research. • Act as a technical resource and supervise less experienced staff. • Support team growth through knowledge transfer and guidance. • Explain complex technical tax terms as clear, actionable advice for entrepreneurs.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous public accounting experience is required, specifically working with multiple clients simultaneously. • EA or CPA designation preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required. • Strong understanding of tax planning and data interpretation. • Proficiency in the latest tax software is highly preferred. • Strategic thinking and interest in the advisory side of tax. • Ability to thrive in a 100% virtual team.
