📋 Description

• Prepare individual and business tax returns, including 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S • Prepare more complex tax returns, including multi-state, flow-through entities, multi-tiered partnerships, and consolidated corporations • Assist with off-season projects such as tax projections, reasonable compensation studies, and tax notice resolution • Conduct tax research as needed • Handle client communications through portal messaging, phone calls, and video meetings • Opportunity to learn review work and advance

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of recent tax experience in a public accounting firm • Ability to work independently as well as the ability to work well with clients and team members • Past experience working in a fully remote workspace • Comfortable working directly with clients, explaining complex tax issues in easy-to-understand terms • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Technically strong • Enjoys working in a technology-friendly environment • Must have CPA firm experience
